Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Custom or personalized shoes

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Items returned without original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@gomultan.pk and send your item to our return address.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: GoMultan, [GoMultan Address], Pakistan.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
